POLICIES

At "the gym", our policies are here to ensure every client receives the highest standard of care while respecting the time and resources of our team. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

 

48-Hour Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show and charged the full cost of the appointment. Deposits will not be refunded or transferred.

 

Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. This deposit goes toward your treatment cost. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for treatments, services, deposits, or change-of-mind. However, if you experience any concerns with a service you’ve received, please get in touch. We’re committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to help.

 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid disrupting other clients. In some cases, your appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a no-show (full fee still applies).

 

Children in the Clinic

To ensure a relaxing experience for all clients, we ask that children not be brought into treatment rooms. However, we do offer a supervised crèche for $30 per child per hour. Crèche bookings must be made in advance to ensure availability.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Vouchers can be used toward treatments or retail products, but cannot be redeemed for cash
